Boise State football coaches and players Bryan Harsin, Marcel Yates, Mike Sanford, Thomas Sperbeck and Ben Weaver met with the media Monday September 29th to discuss their loss to Air Force, and their upcoming game against Nevada.

The former Broncos in the NFL were back in action this week. Many had bye weeks, and the story line for this week starts with Doug Martin who was back in action after injury. Former Boise State FB Richie Brockel left the game with an injury. No other details were released. Here are how the Broncos performed in week 4 of our "Broncos in the NFL" series.

Well it happened, Boise State lost to Air Force in embarrassing fashion. A deep statistical breakdown is not needed. The only stat to know is 7. 7 turnovers that included 4 interceptions by Grant Hedrick, 2 fumbles by Jay Ajayi, and an interception by Ryan Finley.

Former Boise State safety George Iloka is on a bye week, and decided to visit his home-state, Texas. While in Texas, he decided to make a trip to Dallas to see TCU and SMU battle it out on the field. Although SMU isn't putting up much of a fight, Iloka tweets out to his "Boise State comrades" during the game:

"Respect your opponent, but fear none." To respect your opponent is to perform giving your full attention and best effort into defeating the opposition. The opponent for the Broncos today brings a different meaning other than just another conference matchup, as they take on the Air Force Academy.

I jumped on 97.5FM, ESPN Magic Valley with hosts Ryan Howe, and Nick Ruland to talk about a number of stories on Boise State.
