Broncos Land 2015 Commit Damion Wright

The Boise State Broncos received their seventh verbal commit for the 2015 recruiting class from Fontana (CA) quarterback Damion Wright. Defensive coordinator Marcel Yates has recruited Wright as a safety for the Broncos.

Wright stood out over the last two years playing at Jurupa Hills High School in Fontana as a quarterback - passing for over 2,500 yards and 22 TDs, along with rushing for 1,000 yards and 18 TDs.

Standing at 6’1 and 185 lbs., the senior-to-be transferred to Salesian High School in Los Angeles this summer to play out his final year.

Wright also received an offer from the University of Idaho prior to committing to the Broncos.
