It’s already more than halfway into the college football season, and you know what that means. Bowl talk.
Yes, it is only October, but it’s always fun for fan bases to see the projections of where their beloved team may play during the bowl season.
With Boise State coming off an impressive victory Saturday night against Wyoming, the projections for the Broncos have them landing in a familiar spot, as well as staying home in the Potato Bowl.
Boise State Bowl Projections
ESPN: ESPN has two different bowl projectors this season, Kyle Bonagura and David M. Hale. Never heard of them? Neither have we. Bonagura has the Broncos bowling in Vegas against a familiar Pac-12 opponent.
Boise State vs Arizona
Hale has Bryan Harsin & Co. staying home in the Idaho Potato Bowl against a MAC opponent. I highly doubt this would ever happen again. The days of Boise State staying home for a bowl game is slim to none.
Boise State vs Ohio
CBS: Jerry Palm has Boise State also bowling in Vegas in another Las Vegas Bowl matchup against a Pac-12 opponent.
Boise State vs Arizona State
SBNation: Probably the most unlikely next to the Potato Bowl; Jason Kirk of SBNation has Boise State bowling in New Mexico against a Conference USA opponent.
Boise State vs UTSA
These are all subject to change as the weeks go by, but expect the Broncos to be projected in their usual spots.
Stay tuned to Bronco Nation News for more bowl projections as the season progresses.
