If one was to look up what the word “August” meant, the definition might refer to the eighth month of the year or the last month of summer.
For football fans, August simply means football.

At the end of August, the Boise State football team typically holds a final scrimmage. On August 10th, the team formally announced their plan for this year’s scrimmage.
One week before the Broncos host the Trojans from Troy, the team has invited its fans to take part in its Fan Appreciation Day.
Fans will be able to watch the Bronco’s final scrimmage before hosting the Trojans.
Fan Appreciation Day Information:
Albertsons stadium, August 26th, 1:45 P.M.
- Both admission and parking are free
- Gates A, D,and P are scheduled to open at 1 P.M.
- After the scrimmage, fans are welcomed onto the Blue for photos and autographs
- Fans in attendance will receive the new 2017 Bronco football poster
