Now that all the conference championships have concluded, it’s now officially bowling season for college football.
Boise State has waited a week to hear where they will be bowling this post-season, and according to ESPN’s Brett McMurphy, the Broncos will be bowling in Phoenix, Arizona in the 28th Annual Cactus Bowl against Big 12 foe Baylor.

The Broncos have been in 16 bowl games dating back to 1999 where they won their first bowl game, 34-31 against Louisville in the Humanitarian Bowl in Boise.
14 straight bowl appearances since 2002.

Since 1999, Boise State has gone 11-6 in bowl games and have won their last two under Coach Bryan Harsin.
Their longest bowl game winning streak is at 4, which has been met two separate times, 1999-2003, and 2009-2012.

Boise State has never played Baylor and this will be their third Power 5 school that they have faced in the 2016 season.
Their overall record against the Big 12 is 2-0 dating back to 2002 where they defeated Iowa State on The Blue in the Humanitarian Bowl, 34-16.
