Boise State adds more muscle to QB position in commit Micah Wilson

Micah Wilson is the latest recruit to commit to The Blue. Wilson, a junior and pro-style quarterback is currently standing at 6-foot-3 and weighs in at 200 pounds.

Wilson, a three star quarterback according to 247Sports is coming to Boise from Lincoln Christian School in Tulsa, Oklahoma and will graduate in 2016.

In an article by Rivals, he stated that he has been contacted by Texas Tech, Tulsa, Duke, Purdue, Bowling Green, Wyoming, Harvard, Princeton, Old Dominion, UTEP, Northeastern, Oklahoma State, Nebraska, Utah, and Tennessee.

Wilson had a strong junior year, as the quarterback completed 145 of 248 passes for 2,371 yards, 34 touchdowns, and 8 interceptions. Wilson’s arm isn’t the only weaponry he has. In his junior season, Wilson rushed for 549 yards and 6 touchdowns.

According to 247Sports, Wilson completed 355 passes on 584 pass attempts during the 2013 & 2014 season. All while compiling 5,021 yards through the air, and racking up 64 touchdowns.
