Boise State flips Arizona commit, Jabari Watson

The Arizona Wildcats poached the Broncos Defensive Coordinator Marcel Yates a few weeks back. Today the Broncos have returned the favor (partly) by signing defensive tackle Jabari Watson.

Watson is a 3 star recruit who was originally committed to the Wildcats but de-committed a few weeks ago after deciding to take a visit to Boise State. The visit must have gone well since he officially signed with the Broncos on NLI day.

Arizona was the overwhelming favorite to land the recruit. Jabari’s addition to Bronco’s defense helps give them a lot of strength and speed.

Jabari is standing a 6-foot-2 and weighing in at 266 pounds. The newly signed Bronco held offers from Arizona, Fresno State, Nevada, New Mexico, San Diego State, and Utah State.
