Boise State Running Back Commit Kazmeir Allen: “We’re Gonna Win Championships”

Kazmier Allen isn’t a kid to forget where he comes from, his family and friends who have supported him on his journey to The Blue play a big role in his life.

“I have a great relationship with my family (and) I (wouldn’t) be who I am without them and that’s for everyone that impacted my life.”

Allen’s also comfortable with where he’s going and the football family he’s about to be adopted into.

“I just felt like they wanted me more than other schools out there.”

That’s what tipped the scales in Boise State’s favor Allen said when we got in-touch on Wednesday evening.

Allen’s commitment back on June 13th marked the fourth Boise State football commitment in less than two days.

Boise State’s running back of the future feels that he and his soon-to-be Head Coach Bryan Harsin connect very well. “I like how he used Jeremy McNichols while he was at Boise and that’s a main reason I committed.”

“It means a lot to be a Bronco, got to keep the tradition going.”

Allen hopes to arrive on campus as soon as possible and accomplish two main objectives in The City of Trees; get an education and become the next Boise State running back to make it to the NFL.

“The city of Boise is great, nice people, and a great atmosphere.”

The Tulare, California-product tries to model his game after the aforementioned McNichols and former USC-speedster Adoree’ Jackson.

“I feel like my speed will separate me from others, you will see!”

Allen, who recorded 1,842 rushing yards, 582 receiving yards, and 599 kick return yards during his junior year of high school has been busy concocting a master-plan with his future teammates and fellow recruits:

“We’ve just been discussing how we’re gonna win championships while we’re there!”

He hopes to be winning in style for the next several years calling Boise State’s recently-released Vapor Untouchable uniforms the “best uniforms in the game!”
