For the Bronco football team, the receiver position, in particular, is stacked. With three potential receiver positions for each game, the depth needs to be there.
With three deep at each receiver position, some names don’t get to see the field.
For red-shirt freshman Julian Carter, that was actually what transpired.
Two members of the receiving core, CT Thomas and Octavius Evans, are both true freshman receiving playing time. Carter hasn’t made the depth chart this season.
Carter announced on his twitter that he has plans to transfer from Boise State.
“I’d like to thank the coaching staff and Bronco Nation for all the support”, Carter said, while also mentioning his teammates.

Because of NCAA rules, Carter will be eligible to join another team in January.
