Broncos add firepower with JUCO QB Rathen Ricedorff

The Broncos headed Southwest for their latest quarterback recruit in Rathen Ricedorff. The JUCO QB transfer is coming to Boise State from Mesa Community College in Mesa, Arizona.

Rathen is standing at 6-foot-1 and weighing in at 200 pounds.

During his time at Mesa CC, the quarterback threw for 52 touchdowns and tallied up over 4500 passing yards and 10 interceptions in two years.




Ricedorff is bringing a solid 63% completion rate with him as well. While at Mesa, the junior led his team to a 9-2 season.

Ricedorff began his college career at Arizona State University as a walk on after serving a two year mission., but dropped out for reason’s unknown.
