Attention basketball junkies and gym rats, the Boise State Broncos men’s basketball team have a treat for you. An open scrimmage will be held Friday, October 19 at 5:00 PM at Taco Bell Arena.
However, if you are not a basketball junkie or a gym rat, that’s okay. Are you a die-hard basketball fan? Either way, you will still be treated to an insider’s glimpse of how hard and intense practices are.
It will be a learning experience.
The scrimmage is free and lasts an hour.
Scrimmages, such as the one planned for the Bronco fans, are a lot of fun and excitement, not to mention a learning experience. Fans will have an opportunity to see how practices are run and how head coach Leon Rice coaches.

Also, fans have the opportunity to see the players in a setting where they are taught the finer points of the game. Basketball scrimmages are vastly different than football. They are more personal and hands on. Spectators feel the emotions and see the reactions of players.
This will be a great way to acquaint yourself with the 2018/19 Bronco basketball team.
