During Boise State’s impressive victory against Troy, a well known Bronco went down to injury, sophomore Avery Williams.
Messages and comments kept flowing through the Bronco Nation News platforms on the status of one of the key players in the Bronco secondary and special teams.
Today at Bryan Harsin’s press conference he gave an update on Williams:
“In his mind he’s good to go. I don’t know what the doctors are going to say. We will have that meeting tonight, we have a staff meeting at 5. You know what’s he going to be able to do this week? I think he will be limited from the injury…
Anytime a guy gets taken out of the game is usually things we do in practice. Now as we get closer to the game we’ll see how he’s feeling. Avery is such a mentally tough guy, I got no doubt he will be ready to go, it’s just a matter of how he practices this week and what we need to do,” said Harsin.
