Rocky Mountain Nose Tackle Keeghan Freeborn signed on the dotted-line with Bryan Harsin and the Boise State Football Program on Wednesday.
Back in July, he told me it felt “great to stay home in a place I love,” before adding that his friends and family were pleased to see him continue his football career and education 14 miles east of his high school stomping grounds.
The Meridian-product said he was most looking forward to the football opportunity and education he will get at his hometown University where he wants to “continue to make the team and the community (better).”

The 208-product may be a Defensive Lineman, but he draws inspiration from the running back position.
“I always liked the way Jay Ajayi played, he went downhill 24/7.”
He also looks up to Oakland Raiders Running Back Marshawn Lynch. “He is all about the game and I love it.”
Freeborn felt that he and Boise State Head Coach Bryan Harsin have a good relationship.
“We understand that I am here to put in the work” he said before adding “The biggest thing for (Bronco Nation) to know is that I am going to bring in hard work and determination with everything I do.”
He did add one other thing too.
“The uniforms are pretty sweet-looking.”
