McNichols snubbed again, MWC selects all-conference teams

If you are tied for 1st in total yards in the country, lead the country and your conference in rushing touchdowns, you’re probably a safe bet for 1st team of your conference. Wrong.

Boise State running back Jeremy McNichols arguably one of the most complete backs in the country was snubbed and was not listed as a first-team all conference player.

For the second straight year, he was listed as a second-team player followed by fellow Broncos Ben Weaver, Jonathan Moxey, Chanceller James and Sean Wale.

The Mountain West Conference selected San Diego State’s Donnel Pumphrey and Wyoming’s Brian Hill over McNichols on the conference’s first-team selection.
