WATCH: Doug Martin runs all over Jacksonville’s defense

Sunday’s game between the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Jacksonville Jaguars featured former Boise State running back Doug Martin who had a day he’ll be sharing with his grandkids someday.

Breaking runs of 20 yards and 39 yards contributed to his total of 123 rushing yards as well as two touchdowns each from a yard out.

Aside from two rushing touchdowns, Doug also scored off a 10 yard screen-pass.

With this being a contract year for Doug, it appears he’s making a strong case for himself thus far. He juked a Jaguar defender on this play. A familiar sight to Bronco Nation.

Tampa Bay won their first home game since 2013. The Bucs defeated the Jaguars, 38-31. It’s safe to say Doug Martin is back.

I was born in Fresno, California but raised in a small town just 45 minutes from Boise called Idaho City. I graduated from Idaho City High School in 2008. I currently live in Meridian, Idaho with my wife and family. I’ve been a Boise State football fan for as long as I can remember. Watching BSU football games and eating hot wings with my dad is my favorite pastime. Aside from being a diehard Bronco fan, I also enjoy playing flag football, softball, a friendly game of Madden (The Packers are my favorite team), and just about anything else that involves games and sports.
